For Host Employers RGT will:

• Carefully select the perfect Australian Apprentice for your organisation
• Handle all the paperwork and payroll for your Australian Apprentice
• Provide ongoing support to you as the employer, and to the Australian Apprentice
• Ensure that you receive enthusiastic and quality Australian Apprentices
• Provide a cost effective training and employment solution.

For Australian Apprentices RGT will:

• Place you with a suitable Host Employer
• Offer support throughout your Australian Apprenticeship
• Take care of all your paperwork including wages, workers compensation, and any other employee benefits
• Organise your on and off-the-job training
• Ensure that you maintain employment throughout your Australian Apprenticeship; if your initial Host Employer does not work out or is unable to continue to offer you work RGT will transfer you to another Host Employer.
