RGT is a Group Training Company; Group Training is the simplest way for employers to take on Australian Apprentices, and for Australian Apprentices to find a secure job throughout their training. RGT will employ Australian Apprentices and host them out to various employers for as long as they need them. As a Group Training Company, RGT will take care of all paperwork for wages, allowances, workers compensation and superannuation, while monitoring the Australian Apprentice and ensuring they are a success for the Host Employer.

Employers

By choosing to become a Host Employer you are contributing to the achievement of a nationally recognised qualification for an enthusiastic and quality Australian Apprentice. RGT is also able to provide Australian School-based Apprentices to Host Employers; hosting ASbA students into your industry will help build strong ties for their advancement into Australian Apprenticeships and qualifications. If your business requires staff the ASbA program can assist in filling the gaps with training on a part-time basis.

Australian Apprentices

RGT’s Group Training Company allows you, as an Australian Apprentice, to work towards completing your nationally recognised qualification with the security of employment. RGT will place you with a Host Employer to complete your on-the-job training, while organising your off-the-job training. If your initial Host Employer does not work out or is no longer able to offer you work, RGT will transfer to another Host Employer, ensuring you remain employed throughout your Australian Apprenticeship. RGT will also take care of all your paperwork, including wages and employee benefits, while offering ongoing support through to completion of your qualification.
