Successful completion of an Australian Apprenticeship is a nationally recognised life-long qualification that has the potential to sustain employment and a career pathway.

RGT’s Australian Apprenticeships Centre provides the following free information and services about Australian Apprenticeships:

• Information and marketing on all Australian Apprenticeships (apprenticeships and traineeships) relevant to the ACT, what is involved, how they work, how to get started and assistance throughout the entire process of training
• Advice to all parties of the various training options available
• The approval of Australian Government Incentive payments to employers including Disabled Australian Apprentice Wage Support (DAAWS)
• Management of Living Away From Home Allowance (LAFHA), Trade Learning Scholarship and additional personal benefits.
• Monitoring of the Australian Apprentice to ensure compliance of the training contract
• Relationship with the State Training Authority to provide an integrated service.
• Job placement, we can find you the perfect Australian Apprentice for your organisation
• Signing Australian Apprentices and Employers into training contracts
• Online reporting, Employers can access their Australian Apprentice and financial incentive details through this website
